The strategy call offered on this site is free and carries no obligation to engage paid services. By booking, you confirm that you are a representative of a real estate brokerage in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you consent to ShowUp contacting you by email and WhatsApp.

Actual results depend on factors outside ShowUp’s control, including project pricing, market conditions, sales team capacity, ad spend, and agent follow-up quality.
Where you engage paid services, you agree to:
All site content is the property of ShowUp or its licensors. Campaign assets developed for your brokerage during a paid engagement become your property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Campaigns run through accounts you own. Your campaign history, audience data, and lead data remain yours. ShowUp does not retain access to your accounts after an engagement ends.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination.
You agree to indemnify ShowUp from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or inaccurate information you provide.
Either party may terminate a paid engagement per the notice provisions in the written service agreement. ShowUp reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Disputes not resolved amicably within 30 days shall be referred to the courts of the Emirate of Dubai.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
