Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing offplan.letshowup.com or engaging ShowUp’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ShowUp, operated by Saransh Maheshwari.

2. Description of Services

ShowUp provides performance marketing and lead-generation services for real estate brokerages in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Services may include:

• Strategy consultations and assessments (free of charge)
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaign management
• Lead qualification and real-time agent handoff systems
• WhatsApp and email follow-up automation
• CRM integration and reporting

Scope, pricing, and deliverables for paid engagements are agreed separately in a signed service agreement.

3. Free Strategy Call

The strategy call offered on this site is free and carries no obligation to engage paid services. By booking, you confirm that you are a representative of a real estate brokerage in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you consent to ShowUp contacting you by email and WhatsApp.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Outcomes mentioned on this site are illustrative examples based on prior client experience and are not guarantees.

5. Client Responsibilities

Where you engage paid services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your brokerage, projects, and target markets
• Maintain ownership of and access to your advertising accounts
• Pay advertising media costs directly to Meta and Google through your own accounts
• Ensure your sales team has capacity to respond to qualified leads within agreed timelines
• Comply with all applicable laws in relation to real estate sales and marketing in the UAE

6. Intellectual Property

All site content is the property of ShowUp or its licensors. Campaign assets developed for your brokerage during a paid engagement become your property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Advertising Accounts and Data

Campaigns run through accounts you own. Your campaign history, audience data, and lead data remain yours. ShowUp does not retain access to your accounts after an engagement ends.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

• ShowUp’s total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding the claim
• ShowUp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits
• ShowUp is not liable for the performance of third-party platforms

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify ShowUp from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or inaccurate information you provide.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a paid engagement per the notice provisions in the written service agreement. ShowUp reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Disputes not resolved amicably within 30 days shall be referred to the courts of the Emirate of Dubai.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
